Secure Client Portals

Beginning in April, SSCC will utilize secure client portals for the transfer and storage of files. Your data is protected to the highest possible level with bank-grade security, encrypted backups, and additional security measures such as two-factor authentication, password protection, and SSCC-controlled user-based permissions. SSCC's client portal uses AWS servers, which are ISO 27001, SAS70, HIPAA, NIST, and GDPR compliant, and which comply with Federal requirements by being FIPs, FISMA, PCI, and GDPR certified. For HIPAA and GDPR compliance, the client portal implements the following security processes and protocols: encryption for documents in transit and at rest, complete audit trails, automatic log off, controlled logins and granular access to files and folders.

 

 

SSCC and GrantSelect

Through a partnership with GrantSelect, Shepard-Smith Compliance Consulting’s nonprofit, academic, and small business clients may now choose to add access to a robust and cost-effective database of funding opportunities.
