Vanessa Shepard-Smith, DNS, RN, CIC, WCC, specializes in healthcare-related services for clients, including analytics, policy development, quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI and CMS requirements), accreditation (state, regional, and national), needs assessments, compliance, and external evaluation for healthcare awards and programs. She has degrees in both nursing and finance, is a state-licensed registered nurse (Indiana), and holds nationally recognized certificates. She has served as an executive level healthcare administrator for nearly 20 years.

Andrew Shepard-Smith specializes in regulatory compliance, grant fraud mitigation, grant writing, accreditation, contract administration, policy (and procedure) development, external evaluation, proposal review, regulations under 2 CFR 200, and compliance/ethics training. Andrew is also a client manager, research compliance consultant, and author with 20 years of experience as a research administrator. He holds degrees from Vincennes University, the University of Evansville, and the University of Cincinnati; and is a current member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), and other professional organizations.

Research Consultant
Julia Jones provides support services for institutions of higher education, including research, proposal development, portfolio management, qualitative research methodologies, IRB workflow, policy analysis, needs assessments, accreditation, export control, restricted party screening (RPS), external evaluation, playbook development, contract compliance, and grant proposals related to minority health and equity. Julia holds a Bachelor in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a Master's in Policy and Leadership (with a focus in Minority and Urban Education) from the University of Maryland.
