She has served as an executive level healthcare administrator for nearly 20 years .

Andrew Shepard-Smith specializes in research regulatory compliance, Title 2 CFR Part 200, grant fraud mitigation, proposal writing, accreditation, policy development, external evaluation, development of new grant/research offices, risk assessments, and compliance/ethics training. He holds degrees from Vincennes University, the University of Evansville, and the University of Cincinnati, and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), and other professional organizations. Andrew is a compliance author with 20 years of experience as an executive-level research administrator, compliance officer, intellectual property and technology transfer officer, and more.

Julia Jones provides support services for healthcare organizations/hospitals and institutions of higher education, including research, data mining, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, portfolio management, protocol workflow, policy analysis, export control, restricted party screening (RPS), playbook development, contract compliance, and grant proposals related to minority health and equity. Julia holds a Bachelor in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a Master's in Policy and Leadership (with a focus in Minority and Urban Education) from the University of Maryland.

Cheese is the newest addition to the SSCC family, and is a rescue cat who now serves as the SSCC Chief Entertainment Officer (CEO). He may often be seen climbing in laps or on shoulders during virtual calls, climbing on office furniture, or creating havoc somewhere in the office. His hobbies include running from window-to-window chasing his arch nemesis, the squirrel, taking long afternoon naps, and watching animal videos on YouTube.
